Suitable for left-handed and right-handed mounting
With a holding force of approximately 13,000 N, the DES security electric strike is the suitable application to meet high security standards. In addition, the system is characterised by its low power consumption of only 200/100 mA (12 V DC, 24 V DC).
Easy adaptation to local requirements
After the electric strike has been installed, you can choose between fail-safe or fail-secure mode. In order to adapt the system to different profile cut-outs, DORMA provides corresponding lip seals as accessories. The DES security electric strike is furthermore equipped with a weather resistant latch and a stainless steel strike plate.
