This means your HCM department will have an objective calculation of attendance and absence hours, and more efficient T&A processes. Furthermore, management can be given all relevant information about working time in SAP Business ByDesign.

Workforce Center - Time registration (SAP Business ByDesign)

The solution is suitable for all SAP users who want to record working times and process them in SAP Business ByDesign. The Kaba Workforce Center - Time registration includes the dormakaba b-comm ERP software package and the device management, alarm management and the booking/master data overview. In addition, the booking validation according to SAP SE requirements is included and the HR-PDC interface is certified by SAP SE.

The Kaba Workforce Center - HR Cockpit consists of three licences

HR employee

The "HR employee" licence authorizes the user to access the modules WebTerminal, personalized booking overview and HTML time sheet. The "Time registration" module is required, and its number of users must at least match the number of HR employees. The user licences can be combined at will.

HR reception

The "HR reception" licence authorizes the user to access the visitor and contractor management, the attendance board/roll call and allows for the assignment of replacement badges. A basic module is required. The user licences can be combined at will.

HR manager

The "HR manager" licence includes the functions for "HR employee" and "HR reception". In addition, the "HR manager" licence enables access for the "HR supervisor" function and provides authorization for unrestricted access to the booking overview and the master data. The user licences can be expanded in any number of steps.
