10. Installing and commissioning the work for delivery.

11. Issuing the invoice and providing the necessary information and documents to the customer.

Our company maintains separate files for all projects, from the smallest tasks to the largest projects, both in physical archives and digital formats. These files are stored for a period of 10 years.

The products marketed by our company come with a 2-year warranty and a 10-year guarantee for spare parts.

Our employees possess the necessary professional certifications and work under written contracts that define their duties and responsibilities.

They have received training on occupational safety and are equipped with all legal documents and information.
