Annual Leave
Employees who have completed one year of service at KAVI are entitled to the annual paid leave rights specified in labor law. Additionally, our company offers social leave, sick leave, and leave for personal reasons to its employees.

Health Insurance and Monthly Salary
Our employees are covered under social security (SGK). The minimum wage policy is applicable.

Official Holidays:

Our company does not operate on official holiday days. However, a duty system is in place for emergency service services.

Working Hours:

Start of Working Hours: 08:30
End of Working Hours: 18:00 

Additional pay is provided for work performed outside of regular working hours.

LUNCH & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Our company provides meal ticket assistance to employees for lunch.
