NEW GENERATION AIR CURTAINS WITH ECO MODEL ELECTRONIC CARD

ECO System air curtains are a new product of the OLEFINI Family.
Features of the New Eco Model Electronic cards in Eco System air curtains:

» Adjustable fan speed and electric heater settings depending on the outdoor temperature,
» Compatible with BMS system and MODBUS software system,
» It gives a fault warning in case of overheating and fan failure.
» Ability to control 2 or more air curtains with a single control

AUTO (AUTOMATIC) OPERATION

When the OLEFINI ECO Air Curtains are in the “AUTO” position, the air speed and the settings of the heaters are automatically adjusted by the electronic board.

The advantage of operating in the “AUTO” position is that the user does not need to intervene in the fan and heater values as it operates according to the outdoor temperature. The device operates by saving energy according to outdoor conditions.

FAULT CODES

If the temperature exceeds the 70 C limit, the device automatically starts to cool the heating elements and gives a fault alarm. In case of overheating, the FAULT (LED) on the control panel lights up red and indicates the fault as E1 on the display panel.

The OLEFINI ECO Air Curtain monitors the fan for any problems, in case of fan malfunction, the FAULT (LED) on the control panel lights up red and indicates E2 on the display panel, the device shuts down and protects itself.

The OLEFINI ECO Air Curtain always monitors the instantaneous temperature. If the temperature drops below the 35 0C limit, the device switches off automatically and is indicated as dH (de-heater) on the display panel.

DOOR SWITCH APPLICATION

OLEFINI Air Curtains have standard door switch input. Air curtains have an electronic control system for energy saving. According to this system, when the door is opened; the fan can operate at the highest speed and the heating can operate at 100% capacity, when the door is closed; the fan can operate at the lowest speed and the heating can operate at 33% capacity.When the OLEFINI ECO Air Curtain is operating in the heating position connected to the automatic door with the door switch, the resistances start cooling when the door and fan speed are closed (F0). The purpose of cooling the heating elements of the device is to prevent the heat from damaging any plastic parts of the air curtain.
